THE PROSPECT: ATHLETE BRANDING CAMPAIGN
PROJECT INSIGHT
Some athletes come to you with a highlight reel. Some come with a championship ring. This one came with a Batman water bottle and a firm handshake. The metrics speak for themselves. Elite bench presence. Top-tier snack game. A strong self pop-up work ethic. A swing that has scouts from the local little league already paying attention to. When talent is this obvious, you get the camera out and you get to work.
Opportunity
The client was at a pivotal moment in his career. T-ball had taken him as far as it could. The next level was calling - Cooperstown Dream Park. What he needed was a visual identity that matched the moment, a brand that said "I'm ready" before he even stepped into the box. We had two sessions, one look on the field and one off, to build something worthy of what this kid is about to become.
APPROACH
Two sessions. Full production. No compromises, except for a brief intermission because someone needed a snack.
The on-field session put him in uniform on a real diamond with cinematic lighting, low angles, and the kind of treatment reserved for athletes playing for something. The off-field lifestyle session built out the brand beyond the sport, giving him the kind of social content that works long after the season ends. Post-production was handled with a consistent edit across both shoots so the whole thing reads like one cohesive campaign, because it is.
